How We Work

IWILLGOTRAVEL (IWGT) is known for crafting one of a kind travel experiences across the globe with a high attention to detail and service. If you dream it, we can plan it. We collaborate with you to design the right trip for you, making the most of your most precious asset, time.

Since travel is so personalized, we want to discover more about your preferred travel style. During our Destination Consultation phone call, you will share your special needs, wants and desires. Along with learning about your preferences, we will discover any of your pet peeves. The entire travel experience is completely customized for you. 

DESTINATION CONSULTATION & HOTEL OPTIONS

Step 1: There is not a charge for the initial consultation. Should you want IWGT to draft an initial plan including choosing a destination and hotel options, the initial draft is $200.  If you require more assistance or options outside the original scope, the rate is an additional $200.

FULL TRIP PLANNING/PLANNING FEE/CONCIERGE FEE/TRAVEL DESIGN FEE

Step 2: Once you decide to contract with IWGT to create the ultimate experience, we will secure accommodations. If you desire other services such as tours and luxury experiences to create a full itinerary, we will create your dream package. This fee depends on the nature and scope of the request, including how many days of travel, the number of travelers, and level of complexity of the itinerary. On average, these rates start at $350 per person.
Each itinerary will be granted two revisions. If two revisions are exceeded, the client will be billed at a rate of $185 per itinerary revision.

MISCELLANEOUS:

• Hotel Booking (no research): $75 per booking. Our partnership amenities (such as: free breakfast, $100 resort credit, and upgrades if available) add value above and beyond this fee.

• Air Travel: First class and business class air bookings include reservation management.

If anything goes wrong, we will handle all the logistics, saving you stress and frustration.

 
• Domestic Air Ticketing: Starts at $100 per person Round Trip

 
• International Air Ticketing: Starts at $125 per person Round Trip

 
• Award Tickets: Starts at $300 per person Round Trip

TRIP CANCELLATION FEE
If at any time after trip booking, the travel requestor (you) elects to cancel the trip for any reason, the travel requestor agrees to pay IWILLGOTRAVEL a cancellation fee up to 10% of the total cost of services booked. Travel requestor understands that this fee is intended to compensate IWILLGOTRAVEL for its additional effort to work through trip cancellations which can exceed the time spent to schedule and book the trip. The Trip Cancellation Fee is in addition to and separate from any third-party travel supplier costs/fees/penalties.
